Adieu ces bons vins de Lannoys is originally a piece of medieval secular music. In the arrangement, I did not dare to add any strength/weakness symbols or playing speed indications. However, there are various studies on the actual performance methods of medieval music, and more progress is made day by day. Many musicians have crafted their performances to reflect current performance research. Now we can watch and learn from them on YouTube and other sources.
The choral version arranged by Stefan Thierfeldt, uploaded on ChoralWiki, is an excellent reference for this arrangement. I encourage anyone interested to refer also to the original medieval score or a close equivalent. The digitalized medieval score is available at DIAMM (the Digital Image Archive of Medieval Music, https://www.diamm.ac.uk/). The 21st century is great for viewing old books in libraries around the world from the comfort of your home. It would be a good idea to check the images from these sites, read old scores under proper guidance, and verify them from the notes and tunings. I invite you take a journey back to the past with your performance of Adieu ces bons vins de Lannoys.
