Wesson's Prelude was composed in during his time studying with Jef Denyn at the Royal Carillon School in Mechelen, Belgium, from 1930 to 1931. He performed it as part of his diploma recital in May 1932. This is unedited edition was provided from the library of James R. Lawson.
